Values and Philosophy:
- I believe through secure conversation, collaboration, and connection, we can feel empowered towards growth. Through reciprocity we learn.
- I believe in creating a life that promotes well-being and balance so we can connect with our internal wisdom and intuition, and show up as our most authentic self.
- I believe we deserve support through each stage of life to develop our autonomy, independence, resourcefulness, self–advocacy, and intentionality.
- I believe access to reliable information and resources allows us to think strategically about our goals and gives way to opportunities to make strong decisions for ourselves, our families and our futures.
- I believe in systemic change and that each part of our internal and external lives is interconnected. We all play a role in the system we live in and the change we are capable of creating as individuals and as a whole.
- I believe in the integration of holistic healing and western medical interventions. We deserve a system that supports all strategies for wellness, and providers who give all the resources for our options for change.
- I affirm and celebrate neurodiversity, LGBTQ, and BIPOC communities. I welcome all gender identities and all cultures.
