Our Silent Voice: End the Silence is an anthology that gathered up some stories that were very difficult to tell, but important to say 'out loud'. In a WriteSpace class, Janet and I were inspired to curate the survival stories that so many of us hold and keep secret- stories of domestic violence or sexual abuse. So many of us have them. It's time to face them, learn about them, de-stigmatize them by putting the trauma on a page and outside of our beings.

La Mia Sorella, My Sister - "What began as a short story homage to my Italian mother and grandmother, their country and culture, morphed into a tale of love and betrayal from the Great War to 1960s. I had to fictionalize characters and events to hide family secrets!" La Mia Sorella, My Sister was published by TouchPoint Press, Arkansas.
