Sarah Gajkowski-Hill
Sarah Gajkowski-Hill is a writer in Houston, where she attended the University of St. Thomas. She is a writer in the University of Houston’s Division of Research, where her precision in storytelling has resulted in several awards from the Public Relations Society of America and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. She has experience teaching creative writing to 1-12 grade students and enjoys editing college application essays.
She has published music, food and art reviews in Houston Press, CuiZine, 002Houston, ArtsHouston Magazine, and has published poetry in Dappled Things, The Clementine Journal, The Josephine Quarterly. She was anthologized in The Connoisseurs of Suffering: Poetry for the Journey to Meaning. Her poem, "Another Ted Hughes" was a finalist for a Pushcart Award.
